Refund Policy

At Serapis Estate Company Limited, we prioritize maintaining a strong and mutually beneficial relationship with our customers. We aim to provide the best possible services to our clients. However, we recognize that customers may express dissatisfaction for various reasons and may request a refund. To balance customer satisfaction with the integrity and reputation of the company, we have developed the following payment and refund policies:

Payment Methods

Payment Policy

1. Subscription Payment:
Customers are required to pay a non-refundable sum of ₦50,000 for the form subscription. This payment is final and cannot be refunded upon termination of the business transaction.

2. Legal Fee:
A 10% payment of the total property price is required as a legal fee. This amount is also non-refundable if the business transaction is terminated.

3. Property Acquisition Payment:
Customers are required to pay the total cost of the property. In the event of a refund, the company will refund only 60% of the total amount paid. Before processing the refund, the customer must submit the following documents:

A written application letter
A photocopy of the National ID
A court affidavit
The customer’s bank account details

Payments made into any personal accounts are at the customer’s risk, and Serapis Estate Company Limited will not be responsible for or issue a refund for such payments.

5. Payment Period:
Payments made by installment must be completed within 90 days of the transaction date, and all payments must be made prior to the signing of any documents. Receipts will be issued for all payments made into the company’s accounts.

6. Price Changes:
The price of land/property may change after 90 days, and the new price will apply to any subsequent transactions. Also, a 10 percent charge will be paid by clients as a penalty/fee for not completing payment within the agreed period for the installment plan.

Refunds will be processed according to the following terms:

Refund Process: If applicable, refunds will be made either as a lump sum or in installments, depending on the total amount paid and the company’s cash inflow. Please note that no compensation will be provided with the refund.
Refund Eligibility: Customers who have started developing on the land or property are not eligible for a refund.
Refund Documentation: As part of the refund process, customers are required to submit the necessary documentation as outlined in the payment policy section.
